Notre Dame basketball all-time leaders

Notre Dame’s all-time leading scorer is Austin Carr. He scored 2,560 points in three seasons with the Irish from 1968-69 through 1970-71. Carr scored 1,106 points in the 1969–70 season to break the single-season scoring record.

He also scored 61 points against Ohio that season to break the single-game scoring record.

No other Notre Dame player has ever scored over 49 points in a game, but Carr scored 50 or more in nine different games throughout his career. He went on to play for the Cleveland Cavaliers, Dallas Mavericks, and Washington Bullets in a ten-year NBA career.

Tom Hawkins (1956–59) is the team’s all-time rebounds leader with 1,318.
