Indiana Sportsbooks Release New NFL Promotions For Week 1

Football is right around the corner.

The most popular betting sport in the US returns on Sept. 10 when the Kansas City Chiefs host the Houston Texans in the NFL’s opening game.

Since college football has taken some big hits this year, NFL betting will be more popular than ever.

Indiana’s online sportsbooks will be competing for all that betting volume. To do that, they’re releasing promos specifically geared toward the start of the football calendar.

Free $101 bet with DraftKings

IN’s most popular sportsbook is hoping to draw in some new customers.

DraftKings is offering a new promotion that will give gamblers a free $101 bet.

The promotion is only available for new users.

In order to qualify, you’ll have to sign up for DraftKings. After you do, your first wager will have to be at least a $10 bet on that Chiefs-Texans game.

Live bets and parlays won’t qualify you for the promotion, so be sure to place your bet before the game starts.

DraftKings is running the promo from now until Aug. 31, so act fast to get in on the action.

If you plan on using the promotion, you’ll receive your bonus bet on Sept. 1. When it comes to your bonus bet, you’ll have plenty of options on what to spend it on.

For starters, the season opener for the Indianapolis Colts would be a great option. Indy will take on the Jacksonville Jaguars in the team’s first game on Sept. 13.

However, you don’t have to use the bonus bet on football.

Feel free to get creative and shop around a bit. Between the MLB, NFL, NBA postseason and NHL playoffs, you’ll have plenty of betting options to pick from.

Between handing out bonus bets and the Golden Ticket Promotion DraftKings is running, the sportsbook will certainly have its bases covered when it comes to NFL promos.

FanDuel also ready for NFL with promotions

DraftKings’ chief competitor is also gearing up for the NFL season in a big way.

Although FanDuel doesn’t have anything that rivals the bonus bet giveaway or the Golden Ticket promotion, the sportsbook will still be hungry to attract more football bettors.

Big blow-out promotions like that may end up coming as the season gets closer.

However, FanDuel users won’t be left out in the cold when it comes to NFL betting.

Right now, the sportsbook is running its Road to 55 Bonus in Indiana.

If you place a bet worth $50 or more on any NFL team to win this season’s Super Bowl, you’ll win an extra $5 in site credit for every regular season game your team wins.

FanDuel will be pushing hard to dominate its share of the NFL betting market.

That could mean that another Spread the Love promotion is on the horizon for Hoosiers.

The last football edition of FanDuel’s Spread the Love pushed the Colts up to +51 for their game against the Saints last December. The Colts covered the insane spread easily, so it was basically free money for everyone.

With DraftKings pumping out so many good deals, Spread the Love promos may be one of the ways that FanDuel decides to counter.

PointsBet Colts booster

PointsBet likes to run its Crowd Booster promotions, which are identical to the Spread the Love bets.

Right now the sportsbook has a Crowd Booster up in Indiana for the Colts’ first game.

The spread moves in the favor of gamblers for every 200 people who bet on the game.

Right now, the Colts are -4 favorites for the game after starting at -7.

Depending on how many people end up betting on the matchup, that could be a fantastic value.

Regardless of which of IN’s eight online betting apps you prefer, there will still be plenty of NFL betting options.

All of them will be trying to elbow out each other to take those football bets, which means more options and better values for gamblers in Indiana.
