Indiana Sports Betting Revenue
Each month, the Indiana Gaming Commission (IGC) publishes a detailed revenue report covering all gambling activities. Since October 2019, this report has included data on sports betting, in addition to traditional metrics for slot machines and table games.
Licensed sportsbooks in Indiana must report the following statistics:
- Total Amount of Wagers: The cumulative value of all bets accepted.
- Revenue: The net earnings of sportsbooks after payouts to winners.
- State Tax: A tax rate of 9.5% is applied to adjusted revenues, which sportsbooks are required to pay to the state.
